Mindfulness is a powerful tool and ability many of us do not use or practice, however, I am making it a goal of mine to start and use it daily! I teach this technique urge my clients to use these techniques not only when they are feeling overwhelmed, but throughout the day to practice. You do not have to be in the midst of a stressful situation to use mindfulness. In fact it is more useful when you pick a certain time of day and make it part of your routine.
