This mix is perfect to make your own herbal syrup when you're feeling under the weather. Each mix has been specifically formulated to help calm and soothe when you need some extra love and care. The mix will make approximately 12 ounces of syrup to keep on hand. Store in the fridge up to 4-6 weeks.

There are two mixes to choose from and each ingredient blend is different based on age and if you are pregnancy or nursing.

The only ingredients you will need on hand to make your syrup is:
1 Lemon Juiced, 2 Cups Distilled Water, 1/2 cup raw honey or maple syrup (if under the age of 1)

Ingredients in regular blend:Wild cherry bark,*mullein,*plantain, licorice root,*orange peel,*echinacea, *ginger root, *cinnamon chips*certified organic ingredients

Ingredients in special blend for pregnancy, nursing and under the age of 2 (not recommended for under 6 months of age):*Mullein,*plantain,*orange peel,*echinacea, *ginger root, *cinnamon chips*certified organic ingredients

Recommendations vary on dosage, but the consensus seems to be:
Adults: 1tbsp
Under the age of 2: 1/2 tsp
Ages 2-6: 1tsp
Ages 6-12: 2 tsp
